Melissa Palafox and Stephanie Moisa are always on top of any escrows we bring them. They are thoughtful, and very competent in all aspects of any transaction. Even when the circumstances are very stressful, they are the calm in the storm. And this has been the case for the many years that we have been using Chicago Title mainly the Cupertino, Ca. office.
